CS are definitely dumping here... I'm assuming the best case scenario is that they got 77.2% of their position at 4.3$ and are just wanting out ASAP. That should be about what?? 3.5M share to unload??

BUT if they tendered above 4.3$ and royally screwed up, then they have to unload 14M+ shares... Yikes, that'll be a long and horrible process...

Since Middleman is looking at a potential NCIB now, they might has well just call CS and work a deal to purchase CS's block for a good discount and just retire the shares... Say 3.4$ to 3.6$... Depending on how much CS needs to unload, they might just go for it...

LOL, it's true that they screwed up the auction for the rest of us with 77.2%, but on the other hand, they are allowing us to buy at a good discount to our position sold ar 4.3$, so, good and bad here.
