RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PERFECT - RCG - PLAN ?
Damian, I don't follow your reasoning.

Private placements and consolidation are two different unrelated things.

===

RCG documents the consolidation like this ...

June 2016 Annual Report available on SEDAR

On February 26, 2016, the TSX-V approved the Company’s share consolidation on the basis of one post- consolidation common share for every five pre-consolidation common share, which took place on February 29, 2016. As a result, the number of shares presented in these financial statements, stock option exercise prices, and the calculated weighted average number of common shares issued and outstanding for the purpose of the earnings per share calculation are based on the post-consolidation shares for all years presented.

===

dilution is a different beast
the $1M private placement for 20M shares at 5c/sh looked bad for shareholders
the $4M private placement for 20M shares at 20c/sh was beneficial for shareholders

===

I don't see a relationship between price and value with RCG.
Even a broken clock is right twice per day.
The price soared to 30c on the news of the Sprott investment despite the low book value.
The price plummented as investments came in and book value rose.

RCG/Reliance wrote off the Indonesian properties.
It did not change the tax credits they had.
