amvantage, i disagree. bb's proposal for a slick salesman to promote a partnership should be propounded BEFORE the agm. at the agm, it is too late. if a consensus could be reached by stockholders BEFORE the agm, we might get something actually accomplished. it's a middle ground. shouldn't be difficult. that way, management will need to seriously adress this issue.
