How Did Our Price Get So Low?When the River Valley (by itself) was owned by Anglo it was $4.oo or more a share. So what's changed? It was before the addition of the Pine Valley which our beloved footwall is on and there was no Genesis Property and before the Azincourt J/V on NAM lithium property. Now several years have passed and our share count has raised dramaticly and we have trouble holding .06 while NAM owns 3 properties. If you remember an earlier post of mine back about May 10th. Part of it said the market is not giving any kind of true value for any of the 3 properties. I think the market has figured out management will never do anything with any of the 3. I thought the deal with Azincourt was going to bring in enough money that it would basicly fund NAM. Yet here we are @.06 and talk of a placement. Where is the NEWS? Either on Azincourt or Genesis or River Valley? Where's the money going? We had $700,000. Did it go for trips to South Africa? Pick any penny stock that is vibrant and see how long it is between news releases. If the company's doing well, it's not months between releases. With 3 properties there should be news every week on one of ours. NAM doesn't have enough money to fund even one property and has check mated itself in a corner with the 3 and the market knows it! Should a placement happen at our current price? I would agree with Fedor that management does not care about sharholders. Management is in the driver seat and should be able to make financial calls far ahead of what shareholders see. Not placements near the year low. When I bought in. The US ticker was PAWEF ... Now the price isn't even 50% of what it was. I am stuck here but I will try not to whine too much. We are all in the same boat. GLTA
