RE:seems like a strong vote of confidence for AlarisI like this. their loans as of Q1 : 229M and the intest they paid was : 4.1M 
This will knock the loan down by 100M or 115M, potentially good saving of 6.4% on interest payments.Also open up credit line in case any new big deal comes on the table. 

If market were sane this will be taken up positively. 

Another benefit : AD had never raise cash before, this gets the banks interested in AD.
