it'll be a good thing to pay down the debt......IF that's what they do with the money (no guarantees here).....as to a "strong vote of confidence by the banks"??? LOL...gimme a break, the banks would sell anything to anybody as long as they get their fat fees.....on the bright side, the conversion rate at 24 and change gives current investors some room to breathe....sort of.
So all in all it might be good for everybody....100M is a lot to raise for what is after all an "alternate lender"....there's lots of other ways to make 5.5%....I wonder what kind/type of investor would pick this up at 10 grand a crack...interesting
