RE:NRTH news today, hedge funds taking 10% stakeThat guy is also a really good poker player... he just sold a litle bit of his stock to stay bellow 10 %...when u own less then 10% of the companie, ur not considered as an insider and u dont need to declare ur transaction... wise move!!! But with all the warrants he got , in less then a year he will own 20% of the companie... no doubt!
