The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Gold in the Desert: High-Grade Project Nearing FruitionI'm not too bothered by the share count and think if the drill results are even reasonably okay, we're likely to triple before the mine opens. If we do see triple, I'll sell a third of my shares and let the rest ride. If we are surprised by high grade drill results and if the price of gold does soar, I agree we really might see a 10X here. Incredible, but definitely possible. For me, it's not so much the number of shares that exist, but that only a third of them are in our retail hands. The pool of readily available trading shares isn't as large as it seems, especially in a 'great news euphoria' situation, and I think our share price might benefit from tight supply from time to time. It'll be such fun to see. Our management team has so much experience, acumen and vested interest, all we need now are good (Or Great!) drill results.
