Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Update

RE:RE:RE:Update PROF are you worried about a hostile takoever if we continue to fall? I mean Aphria is trading at basically it's asset value right now. A hostile takeover is a possibility which I do NOT want.

The answer is that I am not 100% certain but believe that the ECoE will require
separate licensing! That won't be an issue because Benji is sparing no expense is a stickler for detail...he demands perfection and he and Chris are why I have so much capital allocated toward this company!
I have made an inquiry and as soon as I hear anything I will get back to you.
I suspect you aren't the only one looking to get in at these levels...kind of ridiculous share price but it is what it is so you may as well take advantge of it if you have some dry powder..

PROF

Prof, whats happening my man. Long time. I'm getting back into APH again which brings me back to these boards once again. Boy what a shyt show these boards are. And what a rollercoaster this ticker is. It affords some big opportunities. You seem to still be up on the day to day within the company. Myself and JayJay were discussing whether the new ECoE will need licensing OR will the extraction license that they already have be transferrable. Do you know the answer to this?

Thanks

Cheers

ProfCornelius wrote: As part of the newstreamlined HC requirements Aphria Diamond will be submitting a video to HC that encompasses the whole facility. This video will be shot in early June. At that point, Aphria will submit the video along with a report and the result will be license approval by the end of June/early July. The unfortunate part of the new streamlined HC requirements is that they actually slow us own approval wise. The new requirements help new applicants and hinders the old ones. On another note, once my SOL pops in the next few weeks I will be pouring that capital into an unbelievable low APHA. GLTA, PROF
