The only evidence we have seems to point in that direction. The rapid approval by the TSX with little serious due diligence and approval of the hardship application over the many unchecked complaints of major fraud as to the existence of any hardship needed by the regulation to bypass a shareholders vote. Done by the collusion of those handful officers who presented this application to the TSX "on behalf of" PLI but clearly against the interest of the shareholders many of whom would llose the life savings and retirement savings!!!
