RE:RE:RE:DilutionI have no issue with employees being incentivised in this way. I began at the company I work for (as Sr. Elec. Hardware Eng) when it was private and had 45 employees. Following IPO, several rounds of options were distributed. Now, we're at $1.3B mkt.cap and >1,200 employees. Not only the key employees who stuck around and worked hard scored - investors did too.
