RE:Sell off one mine at a time?I wonder if the mine sales have anything to do with the mine tailings dam failures in Brazil?   If Brazil goes ahead and bans certain kinds of dams I understand that would affect Yamana, specifically Jacobina, according to IKN.   Maybe Chapada was a problem too? I expect Yamana did not have the cash to have new dams built at one and definitely not both mines. Yamana management pays themselves far too richly for what they deliver, but they have been unlucky when it comes to forces at least technically beyond their control, eg other companies' tailings dams, and Argentina economics. Maybe they want to focus back on Canada as a better way to control these variables?  Just speculatin'.....
