and the subscription of the shareprice which gave this mysterious buyer and new major shareholder, G.A. Cumming guy 25% of the float was at an agreed $0.65 per common share, that is a significant premium to what the stock is currently trading at. Of course, I think it is worth more like $3 per share but nonetheless, these kinds of people don't take on stupid risk without just reward. Mr Cumming knows what is coming.
