RE:RE:latest nrYou are correct and I was wrong.  Apologies for jumping to the conclusion that Pasa Verde was a Nevada deal.  It is a California deal, that seems to have gone expensively wrong for EAT.  By the time the smoke clears it looks like this " settlement" could eat up our latest effort fundraiser.  Sounds like we jumped on another deal without some qualified people doing proper analysis before signing on the dotted line.  Have we filled that latest fundraiser?  We need more info to properly analyse these nrs.   glta and dyodd
