* Damian, I have no idea what you mean by consolidation. Splits and reverse stock splits (consolidation) are non-events in my books. They don't how much I have invested in dollars nor how much have I have in dollars after the split or reverse split. * A smaller company has more downside risk. It also has more upside reward. * Atlantic shareholders got paid a premium for being cashed out. The shareholders can either reinvest in a small company with more potential upside and known downside risk or they can invest in a larger company with more security and less upside. * RCG shareholders will likely be in similar position if they get cash or shares.
