Borselli, May 8th - no response then played phone tag with J.Martin until the Tailwinds piece was released a week ago. At that point last week I e-mailed Tailwainds writer and asked him to ask Martin Cronin to repond to that question ; Daniel Carlson of Tailwainds told me (this weekend) to speak to Martin Cronin directly. If they answer yes it would be in volation of federal law in my opinion based on Cronins own admition that the device they use is a through wall scanner ; if they answer no shareholders might be a little upset and the company will have a lot of backpedaling to do ...
