RE:RE:RE:Cequence debt propsal gets even more favourableCQE paid a $1.2 million 'fee' for the debt rollover and warrant cancellation. The fee and 70% dilution may be worth it if a major shareholder and several large shareholders who also own the senior debt are aligned with the remaining shareholders. Let's face it, at a P/B of .08, CQE has lots of running room and will get nowhere drilling one well per year from cash flow. We don't know where the $10 mil debt repayment came from yet but I suspect it was paid from cash flow and the CED funds will replace said funds for DC+E. All in all, a smaller piece of a potentially bigger pie. Compared to the death spiral of undercapitalised juniors, CQE has players playing, hopefully for the team and not for themselves.
