They've said the pump is good for excess of 5 million cycles. Obviously they are burning cash, their options for raising more money are pretty much non existent. If the don't do something to change their inability to get traction they are going the way of the Dodo bird. Your negative reasons whey they shouldn't are the reasons they can't sell the pump. If they don't believe in their product no one will buy it.
