I agree, HashChain no longer exists. Senior management and directors have been told that they will not have jobs in the future company, their share options eliminated and there has been no money to pay them....the result is they have already abandoned ship. Real question maybe is whether Digihost wants to give up 18% for a public listing or just repossess the machines and stay private.
