1) If mixed sulphide production is average, you cannot increase your stocks at the refinery without impacting (decreasing) production from future periods. You are just Robbing peter to pay Paul. 2) "Refinery Efficiency" is defined by recovery rates, which for the quarter was average. So there numbers do not indicate anything close to increased efficiency. Bottom line, everything is average. Except for your capital losses on this stock, which is WAY above average.
