Cobalt volume calculation

Cobalt volume calculationLets get a feeling about the worldwide demand of cobalt: VW says it will need 150GWh batteries per year in 2025. https://www.electrive.com/2019/05/27/volkswagens-battery-supply-may-be-in-trouble/ This is 150.000.000 kWh A BMW has about 20kg cobalt per car in the 40kWh battery --> 0,5 kg Co per kWh So only VW will need 75.000 tonnes Cobalt per year in 2025. please correct me if there are some wrong assumings. these are my views, thank you for reading.
