RE:Hbc will Rise back to $4 get in Do you mean $14? I could see that if its privatized or spun off into a REIT. Come on Baker, you know what to do so do it! 

I'm definately not selling but not putting anymore into this. I understand the Hold rating on this because of a radical shift to gut the company and do something with the Real-estate. Its worth more than the entire business for God sakes!
