Apparently the report is to be heard by a committee so we should learn what's in the report and possibly OT's response. 

The old interview shows the Mgl mindset just before the GOM started choking the golden goose. The country or geopolitical risk is similar now. Just like we never know when the current U.S. administration, run by a reality TV star, will do something stupid, investors shouldn't assume that the GOM, run by a former wrestling star, won't also do something foolish.
