RE:RE:Merry go round etc.My preference would be insiders be paid straight salaries and if they want to own shares of the company, they can go and buy them at market like every one else. I don't buy the idea that if insiders get options they would have an incentive to grow the company. To grow the company how? By showing up in the board meetings? Give us a break people. Buying shares in the open market would show that the insiders have faith in the company and its future. Getting options and cashing them out at market, does not foretell the future of the compnay; insiders just enrich themselves regardless of the stock performance.
