Someone correct me if I've done this wrong but in  CAD that 210 M USd is about 300 M.

Stan's owes the first funder 7.5M USD X 4 so 30 M USD which is roughly 40.5 M CAD
Stan's owes the second funder idk they neer disclosed it so lets say 15 M USD which is roughly 20.2 M CAD 

Outstanding shares roughly 184 M. Fully diluded i think it's at 197 M 

So 300 M CAD
     - 40.5 M CAD
     - 20.2 M CAD
     = 239.3 M CAD

now you divide 239.3 by 184 M shares it comes out to $1.30/ share
now you divide 239.3 by 197 M shares it comes out to $1.21/share

note: that is IF stan's gets the full amount they are seeking. people on here are saying they wont get the full amount
