Benchmark gets 25% ownership of this new company for using their existing license to acquire new licensing for the JV. How does this work? Health Canada doesn't do things that way since the new Cannabis Regulations came into force. Each license is granted on its own merits and cannot be an "extension" of an existing license. If this was the case wouldn't you think Benchmark would have done this for its greenhouse first? How would Benchmark Botanicals be a good fit for this when they can't even keep a sales license on their own operations? Pump pump bust. lol
