Because that is when they announced that they had product ready a month ahead of when they though
t they would. For shipping, that is. Assuming that it has gone from bottling line to distribution ware-
house. This is where it gets fuzzy! I haven't come across anything googled that tells me we are in
dispensaries or retailers and being sold. This needs to happen to make a market and consumers.
