History of prospect generous in general is very few real successes but they have raised a lot of money... I was watching a Kaiser video on MD, or Midland Explorations, and all its projects are in Quebec and it has spent over $80 million over a number of years and found nothing according to Mr. Kaiser, however, the current exploration deal with BPH Bilton (Australian giant) leads to the conclusion that there could be a major success here.'
RVL is in the same boat but surprises me most by the current financial statements is that despite the current losses, accumulated losses, that they have raised over $1 million in loans in the subsequent period.
AND ESPECIALLY SINCE THE AUDITOR HAS GIVEN A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH DESPITE ITS OBVIOUS TERRIBLE FINANCIAL AND ACCUMULATED DEFICIT AMOUNTS. INCREDIBLE. PERIOD. Here are the auditors relevant comments.
Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern We draw attention to Note 1 of the consolidated financial statements, which indicates that the Company incurred a net loss of $4,628,002 during the year ended January 31, 2019 and, as of that date, the Company has accumulated a total deficit of $33,781,129. Further, as at January 31, 2019, the Company’s current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $3,348,887. As stated in Note 1, these events and conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
Thats correct, regardless of how bad the results are, we are going to give the company a pass as a going concern ...
This is buy signal for some who are prepared to accept risk...
Me, yup I went and bought some MD despite all of its losses and they did a hole that was less than expected however it was also a buy as those speculators in for a quick flip, bailed ...
BEST WISHES ON RVL AND YES, I AM HERE LONG AND STRONG.

ps - Please do your own due diligence. Just a few friends of Rick Rule can clean up the stock price and the world will see this as an opportunity vs a lame duck stock ... which I genuinely believe will surprise!! :)
