So Laliberte is in debt big time even if he is just a minority 10% owner of le cirque..
So unloading he is IMO.
I commented he didn't need money .especially not dumping his North stock to get liquidity for 'debts' ect ...I stand by that .His net worth is 1.1 Billion (2019). He sold 90 % of cirque in 2015 for over a billion . And still owns 10%.
IMO he was waiting on the outdoor license to scale back his investment,,no big deal we march on....
Selling off a great portion of His interest affects investors psychologically. Question is, what was Guy`s postion here , where did he buy in and what were his profits? Why did he choose this stock over others? IMO this stock is greatly under valued , and those that have panic sold may come to regret their decision once full capacity comes online. It is commendable that a billionaire has an interest in any stock , much less what is considered a penny stock. Closer to first harvest regardless of summertime lull in the markets, it is MO that there will be yet another spike. Once the onsite extraction facility begins to produce results , there may be a more focussed valuation that reflects actual product sent to market yielding profit. At a guesstimate cost of production of 20 cents per gram and potential sales of up to $5 per gram, the margins speak for themselves.
The community here seems to be blind to three straight quarters of positive EBITDA , cash on hand, very little debt , largest outdoor grow operation in Canada , unique strains from the Netherlands that are hardy that can withstand temperature fluctuations with little effect on quality , and a business model unique in it`s approach.
Agreed , he was waiting for the increase in sp to ascertain profits. Wouldn`t be surprised to find he bought back in.
Thanks for the post.
