The deal is going through
American authorities will want this company's assets in American hands.  No way this deal isn't going through.  There is nothing to suggest that this low sp is anything but tree-shaking.  KWH was owned by a lot of retail investors who boight for the dividend.  It's easy to shake them out, especially when there are no declared dividends.  Why pay $8.80 when these nervous and/or impatient and/or elderly retail investors will sell for $8.50?  IMO, if you don't need the money, hold for the full payout coming later this year.  If you have extra money, buy more shares for the ~0.15-.20 differential -- it's like another easy dividend payment.
