RE:RE:Q1 on sedarAgree 100%.; In fact, this is a positive suprise that we have sales revenue for Q1, 2.7M is quite good actually!!! Their financial projections for 2019 did not have any revenue estimated for Q1, so this is a nice surprise indeed!

Couple that with the positive developments that continue to happen, and as I said earlier, we are making amazing progress.

The direct sales cost reductions will be accomplished by controlling more of the production costs. The tax reductions will be based on the city reducing taxes.
It's all what we have heard before. Oils and vapes apparently have a very slim margin....if any...against the black market. So I'm thinking they are going to push the strips where there will be much better margins.
This is the same as with most companies. You have to find your niche...and then pursue it. LDS is working on controlling costs and at the same time working on their niche....Cannastrips.
If LDS could operate with no regulations or restrictions or taxes....like the black market does...it would be different. But we will have to develop our own market. And it should have good margins. But this all takes time whether we like it or not. Quarter 1 is not what we should expect going forward....but I won't expect profits to be 50% of revenues anytime soon. This will continue to take time. Once they have full supplies of biomass I'm sure they will find the places to make good margins. I think they are still working on getting a reliable supply of biomass. It's coming.
Badog
