Trade war alone surely bad for commodities, incl. Li. Politization of issue, the way it happened with Li is not necessary bad thing, at least for my greed based reasoning.

End of Cold War was bad for Uranium for example..If Li considered to be strategic metal, the race to secure supply might be encouraged by governments of both sides and Europe and Japan could join it, for economic reason (not to be left behind). Tesla already expect shortage of batterries and need to produce more.

For now, I am just waiting for drilling results and Pilot plant news.

At minimum Friday is coming and summer is nearly here...
