yes the key is misreprestation of revenue that potentially led to investors making decisions on either to buy or sell shares..... look at the pattern and its not difficult to see who benefited by the overstated revenue and the potential stock price increase.
I really don’t understand how in this system the OSC protects investors, and or holds directors and management accountable? 
At the level of publically traded companies revenue recognition and other significant accounting polices should have been known to the accountants / auditors / BOD / and management well ahead of the publication of any public material.  I really don’t understand??
