Initial take on the merger

Initial take on the mergerI checked out Discovery Metals website but their posted news releases do not go earlier than 2017.  Yahoo Finance indicates they had a 100-for-1 stock split in 2013, which was odd for a stock trading at $1 when it occurred.  Don't know what to make of that, but at least it wasn't a 1-for-100 reverse split, yikes!!

Discovery has been trading stronger over the last few years, but it was literally a penny stock, as in a penny, about 4 years ago.  So, it has had ups and downs similar to Levon.  They seem to have some interesting drill targets and are in the same country exploring for the same types of minerals, so that seems to be a natural fit.

One thing that caught my attention when browsing the Discovery investor presentation is that their management owns 46% of the company.  That is OUTSTANDING!!  The two will be much stronger than one and I can only think that this will help Levon rebound from the recent setback with losing Ron.  Others' thoughts or comments?
