RE:RE:RE:Trading Halt for Titan Minerals

RE:RE:RE:Trading Halt for Titan MineralsI'm not sure if it was Titan who asked for the halt...or if the ASK imposed it, in follow up to the numerous complaints they have received and acknowledged over the past few weeks, involving the actions of Titan and it's CEO. What I do know however, is that despite being made aware of Titan's alleged transgressions in Peru and alleged false and misleading statements made by their CEO, our Board/Management team has failed to investigate, take any action or respond to shareholder concerns, choosing instead to focus their attention on personal attacks against Keith Piggott. They're certainly entitled to employ whatever strategy they see fit, but in their own response to Keith's Circular, they acknowledge being aware of the allegations against Titan's actions in Peru and say that they've asked Keith and his legal team to turn over all evidence. I'm not sure that's Keith's responsibility...that should be part of the Board's due diligence up until the merger is voted on. More to the point, once they've acknowledged being made aware of the issues, they have a fiduciary responsibility to investigate them, while acting in the best interests of the Company and it's shareholders. To not do so could expose them to possible legal and other actions. All eyes are now on this...the truth will come out. djstone56
