RE:RE:TakeoverTakeover by luminosity? Source? Hmm, I may be behind in the goings on but hasn't their own reverse takeover been completed yet? I know it was announced and the word was that they would go public in the future. It would seem logical in the grand scheme of things but at a premium of just under10% just seems too low for what I know of the management team here at eglx. So that would be approx 100 mil. The company that did the RTO put up 25 mil just for lum in that transaction. Apologies in advance if some of what I've said is inaccurate, or old news.
