Not wrong. Perhaps optimistic that management can execute on sales (historical a huge competency gap) to maintain current levels. And optimistic that management can manage expenses (also a competency gap.) Most things have to go right and very little can go wrong to avoid debt payments paralyzing the company. I wonder what is on Deerfield's mind?
