Negative commentsMichelle Wearing of Starlight Capital was on Market Call yesterday.  When a caller asked about Slate Office, she said he should sell it and buy somehting else, because they have far too much debt.

Her top picks are performing very well today, so I'm inclined to think that some people followed her advice today.  Keep in mind that she/Starlight did not buy Artis after it's dividend cut and missed the subsequent recovery.  Probably just a few extra sellers today in SOT.
