Insufficient cash for bulk sampling partly due to cost overruns and partly due to insufficient cash raised.  

The actual value is somewhere in between the book value and the $89.2M NPV for Dufferin.  The book value is a first approximation of that value.  It is the  represents the costs of the skill, monies, functional mine, permits and the bulk sampling.


So, what do you think the value of RCG is ? asset value please.
and how is that related to your double up ?

The tax credits of $20.8M are off-balance sheet item and are added value.
What value do you see in those ? If RCG were sold as an empty shell I think they are worth half, $10M.
