Could be a gamechanger and certainly supports my opinion that the US FEDs could come around quicker on the Cannabinoid issue from hemp.  The above link is self explanatory.  RB, you can get liquid to explain it to you.  Too bad you had nothing other than a negative vehemence for my opinions to bring to this board.  They call that, shooting the messenger! 

Governments seem to hang on the differentiation of hemp and marijuana when the reality is that they are the same plant with a different cannabinoid structure.  Legislators making more work for themselves when it is just foot dragging to getting a clear and concise rule book for greenrush investors.  It makes you wonder what is in it for the naysayers to keep banging the Nixon war on drugs drum.  glta and dyodd
