RE:RE:FidelityRotsevni - I am curious as to why you made this statement "I believe a class action against them is soon to happen as the loss of value suffered by shareholders has reached a point of no return" There have been plenty of opportunities for investors to sue or try and get rid of management but nothing has happened. Why do you think that a class action suit will happen now? Institutional shareholders are gone so unless you or one of your friends starts a suit who is likely to start one?
