It's just valuation...this dropped after they released results...$40M revenue for the quarter and somewhere between $4B-$5B market cap. I still own some but sold most after the quarterly results.
The whole weed sector is getting crushed on financial results, plus the overal markets going down means these high volatility plays will drop further than the market average.
