RE:NEED SOME UNDERSTANDING

Financials were poor, seems like the operation isn't efficient judging by their profit dollars. I thought 17% last quarter was low, then we get hit with 13%. When is it going to turn around?

Plus the general market wasn't kind to anyone so kind of a double whammy if I may
