If your advice is not to buy Ecobalt shares at these prices, please tell that to Jervois.

Maybe they will go away and leave us be when they get your sage advice.

How come you are not buying Jervois shares instead, if you think they are such a great company?

As for the rest of us, some have been picking up some very cheap NO VOTES at these prices.

The last time I bought Ecobalt at these prices, my shares rose 7X higher.
I think they will do it again, if Ecobalt is independent when cobalt metal prices rise.

It looks to me like the Jervois plan is to spend all of our own treasury money to complete our own feasibility plans by March 2020, then to borrow the remainder required.  Liklely by using our own Ecobalt assets as collateral, and giving us the debt as a subsidiary of Jervois.

Heck we can do that now as our own independent company and keep the whole Idaho project, not just 48% of it as Jervois shareholders.

Read their press releases and watch their interviews where they do have to tell their plans.
If all their own cash is going to Africa, what else can they do except:
  • sell all or part of our Idaho project to somebody else, or
  • spend our treasurey then leverage us with debt so that we end up with less than half of what we have now.

If that were to happen, I would think I am getting the old mining term, the shaft, as a current Ecobalt shareholder of a valuable independent company.

I say VOTE NO to the smash and grab style "merger" offer trying to take away our valuable company.

xxx
