Have a look at SLNG when you have a moment.
Very similiar scenario. Is another MSO, different business model but went public close to same time and just posted a 32 million dollar first quarter.
The stock is getting treated exact same as TILT.

Why these brand new listing are getting beaten, I am not sure but the fact it is happening to two new issues in the same industry points to manipulation more that fundamentals.

I would love a second opinion, if someone has a moment to look into SLNG
