APPEAL Presidential Resolution N° 0464-2019-INGEMMET/PE Thanks Juan for your Post.- If you review the complete list of the 32 mining properties under risk (the List) and the map of PLU mining properties that you attached  (Figure 2) and do a match, then you can notice that some PLU  “Targets” are within some of the properties under risk as follows:

Ocaccasa 4= Falchani Lithium Discovery.

Colibri II and Tupuramani= Tupuramani Complex;

Lincoln XXVI=  Isivilla Complex;

Lincoln XXIX= Corani Complex;

I guess in those targets some level of exploration and drilling has been done as are shown in the PLU latest Presentation.

Following your criteria, if PLU loose such properties, then those areas are free for any third party to claim it, doesn’t it?

Am I wrong? Please your thoughts…
