Hey WangoWhy don't you put together an itemised list of your best ideas and fire it off to management.

They might appreciate some assistance. The SP could use all the help you can muster as well. At least its not much further down to go.

I will take another 100000 at 3 cents if it gets there to reduce my average price. Good link re lithium below.
