Hello evil. No, that's not true. Outdoor we can plant with seeds until the end of June. Maximum cultivation time 12 to 14 weeks. As pre-breeding even only 8 to 10 weeks depending on the variety. For outdoor the time has not run out yet. Now the licenses for outdoor are coming and HC knows that too.
Please inform better.
