CRJ transaction

I am a bit concerned with this transaction. Bombardier is getting closer to having only business aircrafts unit under Bombardier Aviation and Bombardier Transportation.

From there on, there is only one step to make to privatize Bombardier Aviation (and to screw us all shareholders. They are piling up cash on their own, big US banks like Goldman Sachs are accumulating shares like crazy. Government of Qubec is not really interested in Aircrafts. They are interested in jobs and in trains because this is strategic investment in local infrastructures. I smell a rat and am very concerned.
