RE:JV

RE:JVWithout point 1-3 nobody will even think about giving the loan.
By the time we are there, we will have 10M on hands, if not less.

Present management has no experience bringing projects past FS. One of the reason ML has premium over NLC. Abasov brought Alania from 0 to selling its potash to Chinese market under Ethiopian conditions, Argentina is a joke for him.

We would have to hire big team paying big $. There won't be anyone who give NLC loan, we would need at least 60-90M of own $, that would be huge dilution, m/b 100%

We do not need JV, it is one of the options, but without any partnership it would be hard to move on. Unless, conditions change Li back to deficit and prices above 18K. But. then s/p also would move to $3, partners would line up...
.63 is frustrating. NLC is not good for speculator, no quick buck here. It is great mid-to-long term. Even if JV is signed tomorrow, it unlikely will be more then 30M for 50% and s/p would more 20-30% and then retreat 10-12%? The fun will start after that....Then people will  remember .65 while crying..
